Will the owner be on the job?

The owner, Jim Fradette will oversee each project and is always on-site for the set up and clean up of each job assuring customer satisfaction.

What type of paints do you use?

Fradette Painting, Inc. always uses high quality paints including: Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, California, C2, Farrow & Ball and low and no-VOC (low odor) environmentally friendly options.

Do you carry insurance? Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance Policies should be carried by the contractor.

Fradette Painting, Inc. carries both insurance policies. Certificates of insurance can be supplied at customer’s request.

Do you use a written contract? Reputable contractors use a written contract. This contract should clearly explain the scope of the work to be performed such as surfaces to be painted, methods and extent of surface preparation, time schedules for the project and payment procedures. The contract serves to protect both you and the contractor.
