| COMPANY HISTORY Fradette Painting, Inc. is a second generation painting business started in 1964 specializing in residential and commercial interior and exterior painting, historic restoration and color consultation. The company received Angie’s List “Super Service” Award for A+ service. Jim Fradette, the owner, is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in MA, PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors Association). Jim is former president of the local PDCA Chapter, served on the New England Council Board and partnered with the craftsmanship forum to develop a procedural manual that establishes painting standards for residential contractors. | Jim demonstrates his commitment to the community by donating services to the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, Junior League Show Houses, Max Warburg Courage Curriculum, Inc.and Chamber of Commerce Annual Auction. Jim was co-chair of the PDCA Annual Faux Contest for high school art students statewide. “I love restoring older houses and refining new ones. One of my greatest strengths as a painter and what I believe sets me apart from other contractors is the ability to help clients select the right colors for any period and style of home emphasizing their lifestyle and décor”.
